Scott has two Scrum Alliance certifications.  He is a Certified ScrumMaster (CTM) and a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP)

A Certified ScrumMaster is a common, non-standards based award presented at the end of sixteen hours of Scrum training by a certified instructor.  In January 2009, according to the Scrum Alliance, there were more than 200 CTMs in the Austin area.

A Certified Scrum Practitioner  is an award earned for at least one year of experience working with Scrum teams and documented participation in a specific Scrum project.  Scott Killen's CTM Application is available for your review and provides an in-depth look into a Scrum project he managed.  In January 2009, there were 7 CSPs in the Austin area.
